SMM is a company that will lead the way in solving fundamental issues that industries faces, past and present. We believe that to solve problems you must face the issues from the inside prospective. Looking at issues from the outside in is just not good enough. You must entrench yourself in the core of the problem to come up with intelligent solutions. This entails understanding the needs and issues of every individual in the organization. Not just looking at the management side, but comprehending the individuals who perform the day to day operations. In turn, breaking down the barriers and starting to build an environment that fosters team work, loyalty and focuses on the good of the whole, therefore creating prosperity for individual members.
By bringing the human element into the picture; you can start to build a clear cohesion between everyone in the organization. Building true teamwork and loyalty only comes from truly open lines of communication. Many companies have tried and failed on this journey.
I believe this is due to individuals in all levels of a company fearing their own futures, and in turn causing individuality, egos, and tension. These characteristics are what hinder efficiency and profitability.
